Sheena is the son of Lepant and Eileen. Sheena is a flirt who is constantly chasing after young women. He is skilled in both swordsmanship and magic, abilities which he inherited from his parents.
Appearance
Sheena has short blonde hair (orange in his game dubbing icon in Suikoden and pale tan in Suikoden II) with neat small fringes and brown eyes.
In the first Suikoden, he wears an olive green baggy shirt with a brown long sleeve undershirt, gray pants and brown boots. He also wears a loose necklace with a blue pendant.
In Suikoden II which is three years after the first, Sheena now wears a green buttoned tunic with yellow designs and a large v-neck to reveal his dark red sleeveless mock turtleneck, black pants and reddish brown boots with green lining. He also accessorize with a gold necklace that was stick in his neck.
Personality
Sheena is all about flirting with women, he doesn't want to follow his father footsteps and prefers wandering, looking for new romances. His father always scold him saying that he should take example on Tir or Riou.
Story
Suikoden I
During the Toran Liberation War, his father forced him into the Liberation Army after finding his son was flirting with an inn maid in Seika. After the war, he left his parents to travel and improve his abilities.
Suikoden II
During the Dunan Unification War, while he was travelling, he winds up in the City-States of Jowston. As the son of Lepant, he was able to offer the leader of the New State Army the opportunity to forge an alliance with the Toran Republic. Lepant, the president of Toran since the end of the Toran Liberation War, agrees to the alliance, though he requested that Riou puts Sheena to good use, Sheena ended up serving the army as one of its members until the end of the war.
Genso Suikogaiden Vol. 2
After the events of Dunan Unification War, he returns to his parents, but is soon sent off again by his father. Sheena travels towards the Crystal Valley with Oulan as his bodyguard and finds Apple along the way, Sheena decides to tag along with her, claiming that he is protecting her. After arriving in one village, he flirts with a girl named Jonah and goes on a date with her. She is unfortunately kidnapped by a renegade dragon and saved with the collaborative efforts of Sheena, Nash Latkje, Humphrey Mintz, and Futch. Afterward, he resumes his travels towards Crystal Valley.
Sheena also appears in Suikoden II as a Star of Destiny. He joins automatically when President Lepant sends him along as part of the agreement with the Toran Republic.
Sheena remains a competent swordsman as well as adept at rune use. His stats are also well rounded, equally capable physically or magically. He is another example of a character being the jack of all trades and master of none. Sheena is also unique in that he is one of the very few characters in the game to have three open Rune slots and an open weapon rune slot, meaning that he has deep customization potential. With the right set up, Sheena can be become one of the strongest characters in the game. It is recommended to equip him with a Fury Rune, Double-Beat Rune and Double-Strike Rune.

Gaining access to all 3 rune slots as he levels opens up his extreme versatility. With that, Sheena has a huge potential to be one of the juggernauts in the game, especially when equipped with a Double Beat Rune, a Double Strike Rune, and/or a Fury Rune, along with an Exertion Rune embedded to his weapon.

Trivia
In Suikoden II, Sheena's equipment references both his parents: he wields his father's sword Kirinji, starts with an Earth Rune attached and has Star Earrings permanently equipped to him, much like his mother Eileen did in Suikoden.
In Suikoden II, he protects all female characters who are playable in combat.
Sheena is rumored to be the husband of Apple, to whom she was briefly married, but divorced after he had an affair.
Sheena is very similar to Kyle, both are always about chasing women, both are good fighters and magic users.
