During the Toran Liberation War, Meese was undergoing a training with the dwarves in the Village of the Dwarves in Scarlet Moon Empire. He joined the Liberation Army after Tir McDohl recruited him. After the war, Meese returned to the Village of the Dwarves to continue to improve his skills.
