Clad appears in Genso Suikogaiden Vol. 2.

Clad is the mayor of Milit Village. He doesn't like the New State Army because the New State Army pillaged their village. This was probably not by the order of any officer, but because every army has their share of scoundrels. He tried to bargain with the Keepers of the Flame, but was instead almost killed by them. Lucky for him, Nash saved him.
