"Ledon, if anything happens to Lady Odessa, you can say goodbye to your head!"
Kessler is the leader of the Tigerwolf Bandits. Though he harbored deep resentment toward the Empire’s corrupt rule, he felt powerless to change anything as a mere bandit. This led him to greatly admire Odessa Silverberg, who openly fought against the Empire.
Appearance
Kessler have grey hairs and mustache and have a purple bandana on his head. He also wears a grey outfit. His weapon of choice is an axe.

When Tir McDohl, Odessa Silverberg, and the rest of their party passed through Mt. Tigerwolf, they came across a small building. Ledon offered them a place to rest, and they accepted his offer. However, he put the party to sleep using Robber's Tea and stole the wallet of every person of the party. Kessler then entered the building and inspected the people of the party, he recognized Odessa Silverberg and asked Ledon to prepare immediately an antidote for her and the group. He said to Ledon: "Ledon, if anything happens to Lady Odessa, you can say goodbye to your head!" After preparing the antidote, he asked for forgiveness to Odessa.
During Toran Liberation War, Kessler and Ledon were in the Secret Factory, looking for Odessa. Instead, they met Tir McDohl, who had become the new leader of the Liberation Army. Kessler along with Ledon joined the Liberation Army.
After the war, thanks to his sharp intuition and deep knowledge of the land, he was appointed Captain of the Toran Republic Patrol Corps.
