Suikoden II

Riou met Badeaux in the Forest Path to Matilda Knightdom. Upon recruiting him, he gave to Riou two Listening Crystals that enabled him to recruit two beasts. The player had four beasts to choose to from namely, Sigfried/Abizboah/Feather/Rulodia. After the war, he remained in Dunan Castle as a beastmaster and continued honing his skills in his field of specialization.

Once your castle is at level 3, bring either Shiro or Mukumuku to visit Badeaux on the Forest Path to Matilda Knightdom.

Badeaux is an all around average character. His magic stat is decent, but his affinity with all magic runes is appalling making him better suited for physical skills and status runes. His real strength comes with his affinity with beast party members, making them berserk and having unites attacks involving them. If you're using a beast heavy party, the player should consider using him. Otherwise, there are better alternatives.
