Kirov (キーロフ; Kiirofu) is a location in Suikoden.
Overview
Kirov is a port town located at the southernmost tip of the Dana region. Situated on the northern shore of Lake Toran, it engages in both fishing and trade with the City-States of Jowston, though the content of this trade is restricted. Many men, such as Kun To, gained a large fortune through trading.
The town features simple houses with triangular roofs. Likely due to the cold climate, the windows are built small.
During the Scarlet Moon Empire era, it was a simple town, but after the Toran Liberation War, it began to flourish. The population was estimated to be 1,800.
The renowned chef Lester opened a stew specialty restaurant, "Sunset on the Lake," which became a famous restaurant overnight. The recommended dish, Mary's Routine (priced at 40 potch), pairs excellently with wine from the southern Kanakan region, offering a rich and mellow flavor. Food enthusiasts are encouraged to try it at least once.
