Chandler has short black hair, covered by a Red Fezz. He also wears a monocle over his right eye. His clothing is some simple gray pants, brown sandals and a blue and gray jacket, open with a red sweater underneath; and a pair of brown gloves. He bears also a short, thick moustache.
Personality
Chandler appears as good humored and straight to the point, immediately explaining to Tir and company when they meet him, that he's a peddler looking to open a business. He is professional when running his shop, and doesn't seem to have any substantially unique features to him.
Story
Game
Before the Toran Liberation War, Chandler was a wandering merchant who was beginning to feel the urge to settle down and open a store somewhere. When Tir offered him that opportunity, he took it, and set up a shop in Toran Castle. After the war, Chandler continued to run his store.
Chandler can be recruited at the Kwaba Fortress after Tir has claimed Toran Castle.
Chandler is the general store merchant for Suikoden. His store will carry any item that has been found available in any other item store already visited by Tir.
