Background

Mondo is a highly skilled ninja from Rokkaku and he is good in close quarter combat. Being born as a middle-classed Ninja, he can never become a leader within the ninja organization.

During the Dunan Unification War, under Hanzo's order he joined the New State Army and helped Riou on his fight against Highland Army. After the war, he completed Hanzo's mission and he returned to Rokkaku.

You must either have Kasumi recruited, or have Valeria recruited and recruited 100 stars of Destiny or more. In either case, you must find the secret village of Rokkaku on the path to Gregminster. When you enter the village, Sasuke will catch you and immediately bring you to Hanzo. He will then order Sasuke and Mondo to your disposal.
