Background
Tony is a farmer from Muse. He owned a farm in Muse but lost it when the Highland Army invaded. He went to Forest Village and started to work for the Mayor of the village.

Suikoden II
During the Dunan Unification War, he met Riou and joined the New State Army. He then opened a farm at North Window Castle, and started to grow vegetables here. After the war, he continued to grow vegetables in Tinto City.
Genso Suikogaiden Vol. 2
After a few years, Tony got married and had a daughter. Viki accidentally teleported Nash Latkje into the future and met Tony and his daughter.
Role in the Game
Speak to Tony in Forest Village after forming an alliance with Two River City.
Tony open a farm and grows crops that are used for cooking at the castle Headquarters.
