Days is a song by Yuichi Ohura, which appeared in his 2006 album STAY. It is one of the songs that debuted in the CS version of pop'n music 11 as default songs, as well as the third and final entry of Ohura's BEAT ROCK song trilogy.
Days was promoted as a Pop'n Request Best song in pop'n music 13 カーニバル CS. It was later transplanted to pop'n music 16 PARTY♪ as part of Stage 2 of the Atsumare! Pop'n Party♪ (あつまれ！ポップンパーティー♪?) event, available to be unlocked from June 18, 2008. To unlock this song, the player had to invite both Hamanov and A. Michel as party members, before being gifted with Jet-kun as their present. From August 6, 2008 and onwards, Days is now a default song.

- Days is one of the two CS songs that made their arcade debuts in pop'n music 16 PARTY♪ that do not appear in pop'n music portable 2, along with Girl from the Portrait.
- Days is the first song from the BEAT ROCK series to appear on an arcade pop'n music game (before LAZY GIRL, which appeared in pop'n music 20 fantasia). This is also the only that does not have Hugh as the rival character.
- This excludes TAKA's memories, as that song is a beatmania IIDX crossover.
- Days is not included on the pop'n music SUPER BEST BOX collection, due to being a licensed song.
