Trivia
General
- クラゲータ UPPER didn't have a background, until the release of pop'n music UniLab.
Etymology
- クラゲータ's genre, NAN-KYOKU, is a wordplay on "nankyoku" (南極, South Pole?) and "kyoku" (曲 song?).
- クラゲータ is presumably a Japanese portmanteau for "kurage" (クラゲ jellyfish?) and "gator".
Song Production Information[1]
That got me thinking, are there any jellyfish in the South Pole?
Making a South Pole song was truly rough, because there weren't any images for the music at all.
But, enjoy.
