晴香-HARUKA- is a song that debuted in the console edition of pop'n music 14 FEVER!, and is one of the songs from Episode 2 of the Fever Senshi Pop'n 14 (フィーバー戦士ポップン14?) unlock event.
晴香-HARUKA- was then transferred to pop'n music éclale on launch day, as a Star Factory item that could be purchased for 520 lumina. All of the song's difficulties in single player received Highlight Zones in that game.
As of September 28, 2017 in pop'n music うさぎと猫と少年の夢, the song is available by default.

- 晴香-HARUKA- marks Kanako Hoshino's debut in the pop'n music series.
- According to DJ Yoshitaka, 晴香-HARUKA- was thought up around the same time as (or shortly after) GOLD RUSH.
- According to Seiya Murai's comments on UNBOUND MIND, its rival characters Karoline & Yangels were originally meant to be the rival characters for 晴香-HARUKA-. Murai notes in his UNBOUND MIND song comments that they were scrapped as they didn't fit the tone of the song.[2]
- 晴香-HARUKA-'s background says "Only love is understood. However, I wanted only to make it. Even if it becomes useless."
- Despite that new songs from pop'n music ラピストリア onwards don't have genres or backgrounds, 晴香-HARUKA- kept both from its CS debut.
- Besides adding Highlight Zones, 晴香-HARUKA-'s EASY chart is exactly the same as its old 5-Buttons chart.
- 晴香-HARUKA- was removed from the pop'n music CS folder in pop'n music peace on December 18, 2018, until it's re-addition on June 25, 2019.
- Little Raisin's animations are recycled from Only One More Kiss -雨に唄えば-, but with a new portrait for 晴香-HARUKA- in pop'n music 14 FEVER! CS.
