Appearance
Beat Rock
Hugh is simply a fair-skinned, skinny man, with the traits of powder blue eyes and short, blue hair. He dons a pair of gray shoes and a navy blue jumpsuit, but with his whole, red T-shirt shown on the torso. What he's carrying is a gold-colored tool bag and a monkey wrench. His appearance is used again in Beat Rock 2 from the CS version of Pop'n Music 10.
In his 2P version, his hair are colored grey and his eyes orange. His T-Shirt is orange as well, his jumpsuit is now green, his shoes brown and his tool bag blue.
Tequila Dance
In CARNIVAL CS, Hugh's figure looks dramatically different: He has magenta eyes, black hair, and a darker complexion. Hugh sports a red-black motorcycle suit that includes a matching helmet with magenta sections, matching his underneath clothing and eyes. In most animations, he drives a platinum motorcycle.

- Hugh is the third character to change his color appearance. He is after Ageha and Akemi Koyama and before V.B.
