The Xhosa people, or Xhosa-speaking people are a Nguni ethnic group whose traditional homeland is primarily the Cape Provinces of South Africa. They are the second largest ethnic group in Southern Africa and are native speakers of the IsiXhosa language. Presently, approximately nine million Xhosa-speaking people are distributed across the country, and the Xhosa language is Southern Africa's most populous languages. The pre-1994 apartheid system of Bantustans suspended the Xhosa South African citizenship, but assigned them to have self-governing "homelands" , namely; Transkei and Ciskei, now both a part of the Eastern Cape Province where most Xhosa remain. Many Xhosa live in Cape Town , East London , and Port Elizabeth . As of 2003, the majority of Xhosa speakers, approximately 5.3 million, lived in the Eastern Cape, followed by the Western Cape (approximately 1 million), Gauteng (671,045), the Free State (246,192), KwaZulu-Natal (219,826), North West (214,461), Mpumalanga (46,553), the Northern Cape (51,228), and Limpopo (14,225). Zimbabwe has a small but significant Xhosa-speaking (Mfengu) community, and their language, isiXhosa, is recognised as a national language. This community is based on a diaspora that moved up from the Cape in South Africa upon the establishment of Rhodesia with Cecil Rhodes. |

Xhosaland has the potential to make a minor military early game due to its manpower capacity being limited to 60,000, with a gain of around 379 manpower every 5 days. However, it is capable of expanding towards its nearby neighbors, which enlarges its manpower bank.

The terrain of Xhosaland is split into Hilly in the west and Semi-Mountainous in the east.

Xhosaland does not have a distinct biome located within its territory.

Xhosaland has a total of 14 cities, with only one being a square city, presumably totaling the entirety of the releasable's population to 2,339,563 during the start.
Xhosaland's largest city is Port Elizabeth with a base population of 1,021,000~ people. Its second largest city is East London with a base population of 338,000~ people and its third largest city is Uitenhage with a population of 229,000~ people.

Xhosaland borders South Africa and
Lesotho.
South Africa has a bigger population while
Lesotho has a smaller one.
Strategy
Considering Xhosaland is a releasable, you will have to either find a server where Xhosaland has already gained independence or release it from South Africa yourself. To release it yourself, firstly choose South Africa as your nation. Declare a liberation war on either Lesotho or Eswatini and conquer the country. When making peace, choose to concede terms and liberate Xhosaland. Once you become Xhosaland, read below for strategy on how to play as it. As with any strategy, this may not be 100% accurate, since anything can happen in a server.
Starting Moves
- I reccomend at the start to make 1 electronic factory. Buy all needed resources for it and research atleast Factory Output 1.
- Once electronic factories are done sell as much of them as you can.
- Build 1 motor and 1 steel factory. Do not forget to buy needed resources.
- Justify a war on Lesotho.
- Make atleast 1k tanks.
- Declare a war on Lesotho. You can if you want to autocapture Lesotho but if you want to take less casualties you can occupy Moyeni then once their home guards are dead you can auto capture the rest of the country. Do not forget once occupying whole of it to annex it and take all of its treasury and resources.
War with South Africa
- Build 3,000 tanks and while doing this, make sure your economy doesn't go insane. However, you can tank a deficit just below $1,5 million if you have enough treasury. You will be disbanding most of the tanks after the French war anyway.
- Once you have made all your tanks justify a war on South Africa. Declare war once you have finished the justification.
- Send all your tanks to occupy any city near the South African home guards. Once they are dead you should with your tanks occupy the bigger populated cities which are: Johannesburg, Benoni and Cape Town. Once occupying these cities you can auto capture rest of the country. Once occupying whole of South Africa annex it and take all of its resources and treasury.
After South African war
After the South African war, many possibilities are open to you. You could start expanding North or you could either try to colonize either South Africa or Asia which could make your gameplay more fun. By this point you should focus more on Economy and slowly but surely expand your military.
Ideology
There are two routes most recommended to follow for ideology when playing as Germany. The first is communism which will help you strike hard against the countries that would usually be harder to invade like Nigeria or possibly other countries you are trying to colonize with all that extra manpower as well as gaining less war exhaustion and more output from your factories. The second route is fascism which is good for quickly expanding and overwhelming your enemies with your sheer size and low military upkeep; however, you will still gain the same amount of war exhaustion and sustaining a full scale war for a really long time will have long lasting damage to your stability.
