Background
Jiangsu is a province located on the eastern coast of China, with its capital in Nanjing. It is one of the most developed and prosperous provinces in China, with a population of over 80 million people as of 2020, making it the fifth most populous province in China.
Jiangsu is known for its rich cultural and historical heritage, as well as its beautiful natural scenery. The province is home to several UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including the classic gardens of Suzhou, which are considered some of the finest examples of Chinese garden design.
Jiangsu is also an important center of industry, with a strong focus on high-tech manufacturing, particularly in the areas of electronics, information technology, and biotechnology. The province is home to several major companies, including Huawei, Lenovo, and Suntech Power.
