Abkhazia is a releasable of Georgia, located in the Caucasus, a subregion of Eurasia. It's released from the westernmost point of the nation, covering only one city. It only has land borders with Georgia itself and
Russia.
Background
Abkhazia is an unrecognized breakaway state of Georgia located in the Caucasus region. It declared independence in 1992, after which followed the short Abkhazian War, in which the newly independent nation of Georgia would attempt fend off
Russia. This war ended in the independence of Abkhazia, giving the government complete control of the region. Abkhazia is currently recognised only by 5 UN member states, and 2 other non-UN member states.
Abkhazia (/æbˈkɑːziə/ ⓘ ab-KAH-zee-ə), officially the Republic of Abkhazia, is a partially recognised state in the South Caucasus, on the eastern coast of the Black Sea, at the intersection of Eastern Europe and Western Asia. It covers 8,665 square kilometres (3,346 sq mi) and has a population of around 245,000. Its capital and largest city is Sukhumi. The political status of Abkhazia is a central issue of the Abkhaz–Georgian conflict and Georgia–Russia relations. While Abkhazia has been recognised as an independent state by Russia, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Nauru, and Syria, the Georgian government and nearly all United Nations member states consider Abkhazia a sovereign territory of Georgia. Lacking effective control over the Abkhazian territory, Georgia maintains an Abkhaz government-in-exile. The region had autonomy within Soviet Georgia at the time when the Soviet Union began to disintegrate in the late 1980s. Simmering ethnic tensions between the Abkhaz—the region's titular ethnicity—and Georgians—the largest single ethnic group at that time—culminated in the 1992–1993 War in Abkhazia, which resulted in Georgia's loss of control over most of Abkhazia and the ethnic cleansing of Georgians from Abkhazia. Despite a 1994 ceasefire agreement and years of negotiations, the dispute remains unresolved. The long-term presence of a United Nations Observer Mission and a Russian-led Commonwealth of Independent States peacekeeping force failed to prevent the flare-up of violence on several occasions. In August 2008, Abkhaz and Russian forces fought a war against Georgian forces, which led to the formal recognition of Abkhazia by Russia, the annulment of the 1994 ceasefire agreement and the termination of the UN mission. On 28 August 2008, the Parliament of Georgia declared Abkhazia a Russian-occupied territory, a position shared by most United Nations member states. |

Strategy
Releasing Abkhazia
See Fast Liberation for the full guide.
Though unlikely, if you instantly get attacked by Russia, you will have to restart as you stand no chance against them.
Once You've released Abkhazia, Build one Electronic Factory in your capital, as well as a Steel Factory, and Motor Factory Justify on Georgia and Armenia, and get the Military Doctrine Static Lines since it gives a manpower boost and a defense boost which is really helpful. You could also try getting an alliance with Russia or any strong country that could help you if Russia Invades
Invading The Caucasus
*Note that if any of the Caucasus countries are players, you will most likely have to restart*
Taking Georgia should be pretty easy, to make the attack easier try training your troops for the invasion. After taking Georgia get The Liberation Act policy to make the unrest in the capital of Georgia "Tbilisi" where you can make tanks, with your infantry and newly made tanks, invading the rest of the Caucasus
Colonizing and Expansion
By this point you should have already taken Transcaucasia. Russia by this point has probably taken Central Asia, so you will probably have the resort to colonizing the Middle East, Africa, and maybe even the Balkans.
