Brigand Boss

The Brigand Boss is an enemy character introduced exclusively for Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia.

Profile

He is the leader of the bandits making their home in the Thieves' Shrine, a member of the Grieth Pirates and had taken Silque captive. The Brigand Boss appears to be a Zofian citizen who turned to crime under Grieth after the recent famine. Having left Ram Village, Alm receives news of the captured priestess and he enters the shrine to rescue her. He eventually encounters the Brigand Boss, killing him and rescuing Silque.

His true name is a total mystery with no hint anywhere in the game. Even in his appearance in Heroes, he refuses to reveal his name.

Personality

The Brigand Boss is a typical, thuggish man concerned only with his own self-interests. He has no qualms of his less savory acts including pillaging and kidnapping so long as it suits his needs.

Heroes expands a bit further, being one of the few Heroes who is implied to have been "mistakenly" summoned by Kiran. He refuses to divulge his real name, but also implies that his men hold some level of respect to him as he is, as his name suggests, their boss and thus he is referred to as such.

	A Hero has joined our ranks, and it's time for introductions! Hi there, I'm Sharena! What's your name? Oh. "My name's not important. Just call me Brigand Boss," he says...gruffly.
	Well then! Brigand Boss was once the leader of a small band of brigands who operated near Ram Village in Valentia. You may have heard of the place! Anyway, I hear they kept busy stealing from nearby villages and kidnapping the occasional traveling cleric...
	Anyway, Mr. Boss had been due his just deserts for some time...and that came in the form of his defeat at the hands of Alm and his allies from Ram Village, who completely wiped his gang off the map.
	Afterwards, B.B. came to feel just a touch of regret about his actions...I hope. I'm always glad when the Order of Heroes gains an ally, but I hope he remembers that stealing and kidnapping are against the rules here!
Closely Associated Characters
Silque	A cleric from Novis who sought out Alm in order to deliver a certain item to him, only to be captured by the Brigand Boss. Has a sweet but serious personality.
Alm	A brave but kind young warrior, raised by the hero Mycen in Ram Village. His left hand is marked with the Brand. He defeated the Brigand Boss, putting an end to his life of crime.
