The Healing Hands are an organization in Fire Emblem Heroes. Made up of a family of healers from Yggdrasill, the Healing Hands treat those in need across the nine realms. Under their father's new orders, they are now a group of assassins known as the Quieting Hands.

- The members of the Healing Hands appear to be visually inspired by medical professions and themes of health:
- Ratatoskr's outfit resembles that of a nurse, with her floppy cap resembling that of a nurse's cap.
- Hræsvelgr's outfit appears to be visually inspired by a surgeon, having several tools like scissors and knives on her hips, which a surgeon uses for operating on a patient.
- Níðhöggr's design seems to be based on a doctor, with her outfit resembling that of a lab coat, and her two-headed serpent seemingly based on a stethoscope. Her tie into eating apples may also be based on the phrase "An apple a day keeps the doctor away".
- Eikþyrnir wears a mask that resembles a surgical mask. Additionally, he's very muscular and carries a dumbbell-shaped weapon, representing fitness.
- Heiðrún is seen wearing white bandages around her body, which are used to heal cuts, wounds and set broken appendages. Her weapon is a cornucopia, a symbol of nourishment. She may also reference a wet nurse considering her mythological origin source.
- While Læraðr has no overlying medical theme, the way he's able to merge with Yggdrasill symbolizes how trees represent the preservation and regeneration of life. Additionally, he can summon hundreds of hands, a common symbol of health representing generosity, hospitality, and stability.
- The transformations of most of the Healing Hands are a combination of their original Norse Mythology creature and another mythological creature.
