
Barnstokkr is the royal castle of Jötunheimr. It's the residence of Dagr and Nótt.
Etymology
In Norse Mythology, Barnstokkr is a giant oak tree that stood in the center hall of King Völsungr, the grandfather of Sigurd. During one banquet, Odin in disguise thrust a sword in the tree which was pulled out by Sigurd and later named Gram.
