Description

The Yeti was an enemy that exclusively appeared in Village of Despair as part of the Christmas 2019 Event. It walked at a similar speed to the Deep Freeze but it had more health, making the Yeti much more difficult to defeat. Additionally, it could perform its Swipe attack, stunning a single tower for a period of time.

Appearance

The Yeti's appearance was quite similar to the Deep Freeze as they were about the same size. The Yeti had light blue skin, and its torso and legs were white. It had blue crystals on its arms and white claws. It had a snarling face, blue eyes and black horns, as well as a white neckguard.

Strategy

  • Try to avoid placing towers near the path as they are prime targets for the Yeti.
    • However, you can sacrifice an unimportant tower to distract the Yeti, such as the Scout, as it is momentarily immobilized when attacking a tower.
  • As with the Deep Freeze, when this spawns, you should have plentiful amounts of Minigunners, Outlaws and Turrets.
    • If required, you might need the Commander to boost the firerate of these towers.
  • The Yeti cannot be frozen by the Freezer and Frost Blaster, including the Freezer's Ice Age.
    • If you want to slow the Yeti down, then you can use the Pyromancer.

Trivia

  • The Yeti used the Blizzard Beast Mode face from the Roblox Catalog.
  • The design of the Yeti could be based on the Yeti from Tower Battles.
