Description

The Clown is an enemy that appears in Pizza Party. It has a high amount of health and a slightly fast speed when there are no towers in its range, though it gets slower when there is a tower in its range. It will throw bombs at towers, which apply a 200% firerate debuff to them and the nearby towers for 8 seconds, also dealing 80 damage to units.

Appearance

The Clown is a humanoid with a light green skin tone and wears a stereotypical carnival clown outfit. It has a yellow striped shirt with short white sleeves, red striped overalls with blue straps and red shoes with white markings. It also has a red nose, red clown-styled hair and a blue and white neck ruff. It walks on a large blue and red pattern ball. It holds a dark purple bomb with a white question mark on it.

The Clown has a death animation, where it will trip and fall onto the ball on its back, dropping its bomb in the process.

Strategy

• High DPS towers like the Accelerator, Minigunner or Pursuit are quite effective against this.
  • Multiple early-game oriented towers, like the Golden Cowboy, Brawler, Trapper or Golden Crook Boss can also be useful against it.
  • The Commander and DJ Booth can be useful at boosting their firerate and range respectively.
• The Commander can be useful at partially mitigating the Clown's firerate debuff.
• Keep in mind that the Clown is able to hit all towers, including cliff and flying towers.
