Ninja Chao

Ninja Chao is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a Chao that can increase their bonded individual's rewards.

Appearance

Ninja Chao have peach colored pudding-like bodies with round, waterdrop-like heads. They also have large, half-shut white and dark blue eyes with grey eyelids, no noses or mouths, round torsos that are smaller than their heads, smooth feet with no legs, and arms with no visible hands. In addition, neither their arms nor feet have digits, and they have a grey dot floating above their head. For attire, they wear a black ninja outfit with grey tipped hands, feet, and head point, a gray spot on the torso, and a grey metal emblem above their eyes emblazoned with a six-pointed star. The outfit also has a small metal point protruding from the back of the outfit's head area on each side.

Overview

In Sonic Speed Simulator, Ninja Chao is a collectible pet of the "Legendary" rarity. It could be purchased at a display model near the starting point in Green Hill for 499 Robux starting on 27 August 2022 as part of the Chrome Quest Event. Alternatively, the player could buy five of them at once at a separate display model in the same world for 1699 Robux. The option to purchase them was removed when the event ended on 3 September 2022.

In gameplay, Ninja Chao can be equipped to the playable character, allowing them to fly by the side of the playable character as they move around. In addition, when equipped, the Ninja Chao will grant additional Experience Points whenever the playable character obtains a Chaos Orb and grant additional Rings whenever they pick up a single Ring. The player can as well level up Ninja Chao for a cost of Rings and/or Red Star Rings at the Upgrade Machine, with level 25 being the maximum level. Leveling up a Ninja Chao will improve its reward-granting attributes. Additionally, the player can evolve a Ninja Chao by collecting five of them, leveling all of them up to maximum, and bringing them to the Fusion Machine. Evolving a Ninja Chao will result in a singular evolved Chao at level 1.

Powers and abilities

Ninja Chao are capable of flight. In addition, they possess the power to increase the rewards granted to the person they have bonded with.
