Gratitude Chao

Gratitude Chao is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a Chao that can increase their bonded individual's rewards.

Appearance

Gratitude Chao have light blue, pudding-like bodies with round, waterdrop-like heads. They also have large eyes, no noses or mouths, round torsos that are smaller than their heads, smooth feet with no legs, and arms with no visible hands. In addition, neither their arms nor feet have digits. They also have a floating lavender dot above their heads, white tipped arms, feet, and head points, short and round tails, and a small set of wings on their backs. For attire, they wear a golden medal emblazoned with a crown that has a red and white ribbon.

Overview

In Sonic Speed Simulator, Gratitude Chao is a collectible pet of the "Special" rarity. It can be obtained by redeeming the code "thankyouchao" in the Shop following the game's update to the v1.9 version.

In gameplay, Gratitude Chao can be equipped to the playable character, allowing them to fly by the side of the playable character as they move around. In addition, when equipped, Gratitude Chao will grant additional Experience Points whenever the playable character obtains a Chaos Orb. The player can as well level up Gratitude Chao for a cost of Rings and/or Red Star Rings at the Upgrade Machine, with level 25 being the maximum level. Leveling up a Gratitude Chao will improve its reward-granting attributes. Additionally, the player can fuse a Gratitude Chao by collecting five Gratitude Chao, leveling all of them up to maximum, and bringing them to the Fusion Machine. Fusing a Gratitude Chao will result in a singular fused Chao at level 1.

Powers and abilities

Gratitude Chao are capable of flight. In addition, they possess the power to increase the rewards granted to the person they have bonded with.
