Android Trail

The Android Trail is an object that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a trail used to modify the playable character's appearance and boost their rewards.

Description

When equipped, the Android Trail takes the appearance of a textured red and purple streak that the playable character leaves behind them while they move around or surrounds them like an aura when they stand still. This trail stretches out from behind the playable character until it eventually fades away.

Overview

In Sonic Speed Simulator, the Android Trail is a collectible trail of the "Epic" rarity. A singular Android Trail can be unlocked during the "Android Shadow Showdown Event" by collecting 100 orbs of Rebirth Energy.

In gameplay, the Android Trail lets the playable character produce this trail's textured streak behind them as they move around. In addition, when equipped, the Android Trail will grant additional Experience Points whenever the playable character obtains a Chaos Orb and additional Rings whenever they pick up a single Ring. The player can as well level up a Android Trail for a cost of Rings and/or Red Star Rings at the Upgrade Machine, with level 25 being the maximum level. Leveling up a Android Trail will improve its reward-granting attributes. Additionally, the player can evolve a Android Trail by collecting five Android Trails, leveling all of them up to maximum, and bringing them to the Fusion Machine. Evolving a Android Trail will combine the Android Trails into a single evolved trail at level 1, with boosted base stats compared to the un-evolved version.
