Avocado Chao

Avocado Chao is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a Chao that can increase their bonded individual's rewards.

Appearance

Avocado Chao have dark green pudding-like bodies with round, waterdrop-like heads. They also have large eyes, no noses or mouths, round torsos that are smaller than their heads, smooth feet with no legs, and arms with no visible hands. In addition, neither their arms or feet have digits. They also have a floating brown dot above their heads, light green tips on their legs, arms and head points, light green bellies, short and round tails, and a small set of wings on their backs.

Overview

In Sonic Speed Simulator, Avocado Chao is a collectible pet of the "Common" rarity. It could be unlocked during the "Mechanic Tails' Ultra Prize Zone" Event at the Spin Wheel in Green Hill Obby 2 after the player has obtained the third tool drop reward from that Spin Wheel's drop list. When using this Spin Wheel, the player has a 18% chance of getting an Avocado Chao.

In gameplay, Avocado Chao can be equipped to the playable character, allowing them to fly by the side of the playable character as they move around. In addition, when equipped, Avocado Chao will grant additional Experience Points whenever the playable character obtains a Chaos Orb and additional Rings whenever they pick up a single Ring. The player can as well level up Avocado Chao for a cost of Rings and/or Red Star Rings at the Upgrade Machine, with level 25 being the maximum level. Leveling up an Avocado Chao will improve its reward-granting attributes. Additionally, the player can fuse an Avocado Chao by collecting five Avocado Chao, leveling all of them up to maximum, and bringing them to the Fusion Machine. Fusing an Avocado Chao will result in a singular fused Chao at level 1.

Powers and abilities

Avocado Chao are capable of flight. In addition, they possess the power to increase the rewards granted to the person they have bonded with.
