Business Chao

Business Chao is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a Chao that can increase their bonded individual's rewards.

Appearance

Business Chao have cyan, pudding-like bodies with round, waterdrop-like heads. They also have large eyes, no noses or mouths, round torsos that are smaller than their heads, smooth feet with no legs, and arms with no visible hands. In addition, neither their arms or feet have digits. However, they have yellow tips on their arms, feet, and head points, as well as a floating yellow dot above their heads, short and round tails, and a small set of wings on their backs. For attire, they wear a blue suit with yellow buttons (one just right of the center and one on each cuff) with a white undershirt and a red tie.

Overview

In Sonic Speed Simulator, Business Chao is a collectible pet of the "Legendary" rarity. It could be purchased at a display model near the starting points in Green Hill and New Yoke City for 399 Robux starting on 28 April 2023. Alternatively, the player could buy five of them at once for 999 Robux at a display model in the same worlds. However, the option to purchase them was removed two weeks later.

In gameplay, Business Chao can be equipped to the playable character, allowing them to fly by the side of the playable character as they move around. In addition, when equipped, Business Chao will grant additional Experience Points whenever the playable character obtains a Chaos Orb and additional Rings whenever they pick up a single Ring. The player can as well level up Business Chao for a cost of Rings and/or Red Star Rings at the Upgrade Machine, with level 25 being the maximum level. Leveling up a Business Chao will improve its reward-granting attributes. Additionally, the player can fuse a Business Chao by collecting five of them, leveling all of them up to maximum, and bringing them to the Fusion Machine. Fusing a Business Chao will result in a singular fused Chao at level one.

Powers and abilities

Business Chao are capable of flight. In addition, they possess the power to increase the rewards granted to the person they have bonded with.
