Unlike most other Board type Extreme Gears in Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity, which are rather thick, the GP Accumulator is quite thin. It is mostly colored yellow with blue highlights, and has a circular area as the front, and a straight section as the midsection and the rear. On its rear it also possesses a single exhaust port surrounded by a grey rim, and has as well two circular foot panels on its top surface with a silver area between them. It also has an outer yellow and blue rim, which is connected at the rear, which surrounds most of the board, except on the front.

As a Board type Extreme Gear in Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity, the GP Accumulator is well-balanced in its attributes with average statistics, and is suited for general riding. Aside from this, the GP Accumulator possesses no unique abilities of its own.

Sonic Speed Simulator
In Sonic Speed Simulator, the GP Accumulator (called the GP Accumulator Hoverboard) appears in its Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity design as an unlockable Extreme Gear earned during the Gold Style Silver event by completing 10 races. Once unlocked, the GP Accumulator can be used by any character, and essentially functions similarly to all other Extreme Gears in the game. The GP Accumulator also has an in-game rarity of "Legendary".
