Channel5

The Channel5 (チャンネル5, Chan'neru 5^?) is a Board type Extreme Gear that appears in Sonic Riders. It is Ulala's character-exclusive Extreme Gear, meaning only she can use it, and her default Extreme Gear.

Description

According to its profile, it is made exclusively for Channel 5, and is only for reporters. It is obtained in the game, alongside Ulala, by completing all of Jet the Hawk, Wave the Swallow, and Storm the Albatross's missions in Mission Mode. 

The Channel5 resembles the typical Board type Extreme Gear, though it has very straight sides, making its main section look almost like a triangle. It is mostly colored white, with a blue dish with a green outring on the front section, three blue dots on each of its sides and two additional green dishes with blue outrings extending from each side of the rear.

Abilities and traits

As a Board-type Extreme Gear, the Channel5 is well-balanced in its attributes with average statistics and an average rate of fuel-consumption and is suited for general riding.

Like most other character exclusive Extreme Gears, the Channel5 does not possess any unique abilities of its own.

• The Channel5 is meant to resemble Ulala's own spaceship, the Astrobeat.
