Synopsis

On Strichmas night, a mysterious voice awakens Ellee-chan. She follows the voice to the balcony, where the Morning Star greets her. Suddenly, Ellee-chan is transported to a dimension where Princess Elleelain, the source of the voice, awaits her. The princess wishes Ellee-chan a Merry Strichmas, and Ellee-chan asks if she can play with the toy she received. Elleelain then comments on how much Ellee-chan has grown and reveals that she has a gift for her. The princess creates a small ball of purple light, and when Ellee-chan touches it, she begins to glow. In an instant, Ellee-chan returns to the real world, but she has now grown into a teenager.

The other Cures head to the balcony after seeing the light and are shocked to see an older Ellee-chan. Tsubasa freaks out at first because he thought Ellee-chan went missing, but Ageha calms him down. Ellee-chan isn't sure how she grew up and suddenly, the Morning Star shines again, transporting everybody to Elleelain's dimension. It is the first time Tsubasa and Ageha have met the legendary Pretty Cure, and they are surprised that Elleelain knows who they are because she had been watching over them and is happy she finally gets to meet them. Sora is also surprised at Elleelain's more easygoing personality.

Elleelain tells the Cures about how Sky Land and the Undergu Empire declared peace, and Sora and Mashiro ask what happened that caused Empress Undergu to change. Elleelain explains that even though the two factions had built a strong friendship, the Undergu Empire suddenly cut off all relations with Sky Land. She doesn't know what happened or where the Emperor and Empress went, and just has a doll the Empress made for her as a birthday gift to remember her by. She then takes them to the ruins and shows how she sealed away the rest of her powers into the Majestic Chroniclon in hopes a team of heroes would find it someday to use against the empire. After she exhausted all of her powers, she turned into the Morning Star.

Ellee-chan tells Elleelain how her power has helped them before Elleelain asks her to demonstrate the powers she gave her, and she performs a spinning backflip, which amazes the other Cures. Ellee-chan feels a warm power inside of her and starts to think about what will happen when she transforms into Majesty again. Sadly, Elleelain reveals she actually gave Ellee-chan her remaining power and explains that last year, she felt a sudden surge of Undergu Energy and used up most of the energy she saved over the past 300 years to send Ellee-chan to Sky Land. With her powers gone, Elleelain begins to fade away.

Ellee-chan begs her to take her power back, but Elleelain says now's the time for her to entrust the future of Sky Land and the world to the Cures. The two tearfully embrace as Elleelain thanks the Cures for protecting Ellee-chan and Mashiro thanks her for letting them meet her. Elleelain apologizes for giving Ellee-chan such a cruel fate and thanks her before fading away. The Cures return to Sky Land and Ellee-chan waves goodbye as shooting stars streak across the sky, hoping everyone will live in harmony someday.

The Cures show the King and Queen the grown-up Ellee-chan, and at first the King doesn't know where she is, while the Queen is proud of how much she's grown. Ellee-chan thanks them for taking care of her and asks if she could stay with them forever once she's completed her fate, and they accept. Suddenly, Ellee-chan stomach growls and she turns back into a baby, meaning she'll revert back into that form whenever she's hungry. However, the King and Queen still find her cute no matter what age she is. Later, Sora begins to warm up in preparations for an attack by the Undergu Empire.

Back at the empire's base, Empress Undergu is recovering in a chamber while Skearhead leaves for Sky Land. She orders him not to go, but since Majesty has fully awakened, he has to destroy her, even if it means losing his life. In Sky Land, the Azure Guards sense Skearhead's arrival and prepare to defend the city. He summons multiple beams of Undergu Energy to attempt to break the barrier. The Cures then transform to prevent Skearhead from causing further damage to the barrier. With the power granted by Elleelain, Majesty has become stronger and easily pushes Skearhead back, halting his assault. Sky then asks Skearhead to share more about Empress Undergu, but he ignores her and summons five Ranborgs instead.

The Cures try to fight against the Ranborgs, but they can't keep up with their continued attacks. With the Cures distracted, Skearhead resumes trying to destroy the barrier. Cracks start to form in it and the Azure Guards prepare their weapons, but Captain Shalala still has faith in the Cures and tells them to wait until the time is right. They manage to incapacitate the Ranborgs before using their individual attacks, including Majesty's Magic Hour's End, to purify them. Skearhead notices that the Cures defeated his Ranborgs when Sky and Majesty attack him.

Majesty says that she is not fighting to destroy Skearhead, but to protect the others she holds dear. Knowing now how different their strength is, Skearhead traps himself in a barrier along with Sky and Majesty. He then prepares to blow himself up, taking the two Cures with him. Back at the lair, Empress Undergu begs Skearhead to stop, but he explodes. The other Cures are scared for Sky and Majesty, but Majesty has used a new power she received, called Majestic Veil, to protect her and Sky from the explosion. However, Skearhead has used up all of his powers and has gravely injured himself. The Cure try to heal him, but he tells the Cures that it is useless, and he transforms into a cloud of pure Undergu Energy, succumbing to his wounds. Before vanishing, he repeats his mantra about the importance of strength and apologizes to the Empress for failing to protect her.

With Skearhead gone, Empress Undergu becomes even more enraged with the Cures. She arrives in Sky Land to confront them, but Sora tell the Empress that they would've avoided the conflict if she had told them what happened 300 years ago. In response, the Empress decides to reveal the truth: Cure Noble betrayed Emperor Undergu and murdered him. The Cures stand in shock, with Ellee-chan particularly shaken by this revelation.
