- Unlike the other ships voiced by Shu Uchida, Mikura doesn't have any English in her lines.
Trivia
- Named after Mikura-jima.
- Lead ship of her class, she was laid down in Oct '42 she was completed just over a year later on the 31st Oct.
- Saw service escorting convoys in the China Sea and is thought to have helped in the sinking of USS Trigger.
- Sunk 28th March '45 by USS Threadfin.
