Kersti is the deuteragonist of the game Paper Mario: Sticker Star. She is a Sticker Fairy who teams up with Mario to retrieve all the Royal Stickers after Bowser touched the Comet Star, which resulted in all of the Royal Stickers being scattered across the world. She grants Mario the ability to Paperize in order to place or remove stickers to progress their adventure and use Battle Spin to grant Mario more Action Commands based on the icons he matched. Kersti's name derives from "sticker" but without the letter "c".
Physical appearance
Kersti has marine blue eyes with eyelashes. As a Sticker Fairy, she has the form of a silver crown with a golden edge, and has two aqua colored gemstones on each side that resembles earrings.
Personality and Traits
Kersti has the personality of a refined and delicate young lady and is shown to be very generous and friendly sticker fairy and treats the other stickers with upmost respect and gives Mario a sticker album for Mario to use in various situations. While she cares deeply for Mario, she has a dark side which is shown in the way that she is easy to anger and makes hasty judgments without hearing out the person she is confronting, shown when she accuses Mario of destroying the Comet Star when Bowser was the culprit, though she is quick to forgive when Mario meant no real harm. She seems to be extremely hostile towards Kamek and gets annoyed whenever he shows up.
Biography
Paper Mario: Sticker Star
Not much is known about Kersti's past, but according to her introduction, she hailed from the Sticker Star and comes to the Mushroom Kingdom on the Star Comet when the Sticker Fest takes place to grant everyone's wishes. After the incident with Bowser scattering the Royal Stickers and kidnapping Princess Peach, Kersti calls to Mario, who unfolds himself and proceeds to pull her off the photo of Peach. When she learns what happened to the Comet Star, she quickly gives Mario an earful for his "carelessness", and then accuses him of pinning the blame on someone else for the events. When Mario offers to help her find the Royal Stickers, she forgives him and joins him on their quest to retrieve the Stickers.
During the final battle with Bowser, Kersti sacrifices herself, allowing Mario to use her as a sticker to increase his power and overcome the power granted to Bowser by the last Royal Sticker. However, after the battle and saving Peach, Mario brings Kersti back to life by wishing on the Royal Stickers. Having returned to the site of the rebuilt Sticker Fest, she immediately snaps at Bowser when he tried to steal the Sticker Comet again. She then jokes about changing her career, and Mario, Peach, and Bowser laugh.
Kersti serves a role where she gives Mario advice on what he needs to do and contributes to using her power to paperize a scenery where stickers can be placed or removed and use the Battle Spin.
Paper Mario: The Origami King
While Kersti made no physical appearance in the game, as Olivia stars as Mario's traveling buddy, she is mentioned in the easy version of a quiz during the Trial of Wisdom, which the question was "The name of the origami companion traveling with Mario is Kersti."

- Kersti slightly resembles Rosalina's crown as both is silver and have turquoise gems on both sides.
