Elec Man is a Robot Master from the original Mega Man series. He was built by Dr. Light to control the voltage of nuclear power plants. At the time of his creation, Elec Man was often hailed as Dr. Light's greatest creation and boasts razor-sharp judgement, as well as a physical agility that would not be matched until the creation of Quick Man, who is in turn based on his design.
His special weapon is the Thunder Beam. It fires off devastating bolts of very high-voltage electrical energy in multiple directions, with sufficient power to go through multiple enemies with one shot and even break through solid rocks, although the Rolling Cutter can do a number on him. Elec Man is very conceited and egotistical in his powers and looks, with something of a sadistic streak in him, but is otherwise very responsible and competent in his job. In his spare time, he has taken up playing the electric guitar.

Mega Man 10: Threat From Outer Space!!
Elec Man does not appear physically. However, his powers are copied by the Weapons Archive (along with Wood Man and Geminī Man) when RockMan faces off against him the first time. The Weapons Archive loses Elec Man's powers following his first defeat.
Super Smash Bros.
Elec Man appears as an assist trophy in Super Smash Bros. 4. Who when he is summoned, he jumps and send our jolts on the opponents, also appears as a trophy in both versions. In Ultimate. Elec Man does not appear as an assist trophy, but appears as an advanced primary grab-type spirit in world of light who increases the electric attack, and his spirit battle is against Pikachu Libre in the Wily Castle with the zap floor
