Torment

Torment is a Dark-type move introduced in Generation III. It is TM41 in every game appearance.

Effect

Torment causes the targeted Pokémon to be unable to use the same move twice in a row until it is switched out. Torment does not affect moves that continue beyond one turn, such as Rollout and Ice Ball.

Pokémon Diamond Version and Pokémon Pearl Version	Move: The user torments and enrages the foe, making it incapable of using the same move twice in a row. Contest: Raises the score if the Voltage is low.
