Torment is a Dark-type move introduced in Generation III. It is TM41 in every game appearance.

Effect

Torment causes the targeted Pokémon to be unable to use the same move twice in a row until it is switched out. Torment does not affect moves that continue beyond one turn, such as Rollout and Ice Ball.
