Solar Blade is a Grass-type move introduced in Generation VII. It is the former signature move of Lurantis, prior to Generation VIII.

In this two-turn attack, the user gathers light and fills a blade with the light’s energy, attacking the target on the next turn.
BDSP This move can't be used. It’s recommended that this move is forgotten. Once forgotten, this move can't be remembered.
SV The user gathers light on the first turn, then fills a blade with the light's energy and attacks on the next turn.

Effect

The user generates a light-green beam of energy and slams it on the opponent, dealing damage on the second turn. This attack also activates instantly if Sunny Day, Drought, or Desolate Land are activated during battle.
