Hold Back is an exclusive Normal-type move used by Celebi that was introduced in Generation VI from the Pokémon Bank event. It is also known by a Munchlax that was given out through Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon's Mystery Gift upon release date, alongside Happy Hour. Hold Back is very similar to False Swipe and Safeguard.
