Effect
Fusion Flare inflicts damage. The base power of Fusion Flare will double if another Pokémon - such as Zekrom - uses Fusion Bolt in the same turn before the Pokémon using Fusion Flare, and this boost will only last until the end of turn. If the user is frozen, Fusion Flare will thaw it. Likewise, it will double the power of Fusion Bolt if Fusion Flare is used in the same turn before the Pokémon using Fusion Bolt, and this boost will only last until the end of turn.

Trivia
- If used after being struck by Fusion Bolt not only does the power increase but the animation changes as well. It remains suspended in the air longer where it sends out a pulse of fire before landing on the target.
- White Kyurem can learn Fusion Flare as well. For it to learn Fusion Flare, Normal Kyurem must have the move Scary Face.
