Ramada is a spy from Cray Trading Company. He also deals and supply Rune Cannon to the Kooluk Empire. Ramada cares a lot to Akaghi and Mizuki he even asked Lazlo to keep an eye on them.

Ramada was attacked and drifted into Gaien territory when he went to Middleport to gain Rune Cannon shells. He went to Razril and he proclaim himself as a spice trader to hide his identity to the Gaien Knights. He was escorted by Snowe and Lazlo to Iluya, but wast attacked by pirate Brandeau. Brandeau died when he used the Rune of Punishment and passed it to Commander Glen. Seeing this he was tempted to test the rune power and hires Dario to attack Razril. Dario's first attempt failed and on Dario's second attack Commander Glen used the Rune of Punishment to win but as a result Commander Glen died.
When Commander Glen died the rune was inherited by Lazlo. Under Graham Cray's order, Ramada along with Mizuki and Akaghi went to the Kingdom of Obel to kill Lazlo and get the Rune of Punishment but Lazlo and his party fight back and defeated them. Ramada asked Lazlo to kill him but spare the lives of Mizuki and Akaghi. Lazlo brought them to the King of Obel, Lino En Kuldes and he told them that the Rune consumes its master's life. This prompted Ramada, Mizuki and Akaghi to cut all ties with the Cray Trading Company indefinitely. They soon joined forces with Lazlo in his quest to unite the Island Nations.
During the war, Ramada went to Fort El-Eal to spy, he learned the truth about Graham Cray from the Governor of El-Eal. While he was on his way back he was caught by Graham Cray and imprisoned him.
After sometime Elenor Silverberg along with a small party went to Fort El-Eal to meet Graham Cray. When Graham Cray attacked Elenor, Ramada used his body to protect her. Elenor commanded her party to bring Ramada back to the Dauntless. He survives his terrible ordeal and later establishes a prosperous trading company in the Kingdom of Obel.

At the Fall of Kooluk, he sent Maxine to help Kyril and his group on his search about the Rune Cannon in the Kooluk Empire.
Keen: You have done well by coming here. In this room, you may confess what is in your heart and accept proper judgement.
Ramada: Hmm... When you say judgement, you're not demanding my life, are you?
Keen: Would you secretly inform me about anyone on board this ship who you think is causing problems?
Ramada: There is no way that I would ever do such a thing...
Keen: Then, would you tell me what you think of Lazlo?
Ramada: Hmm... I have faith in him.
Keen: Finally, quietly confess the things you wish to atone for, or all the things that you are thankful for.
Ramada: Those pirates that attacked Gaien previously were ones that I hired. They were to test the power of the Rune... I believe Mr. Lazlo is also aware of this on some level. In spite of that, he still gave us a place here... I would like to thank him as well as apologize to him, in a little while... Now is not the time for apologies, yet.
