A long living sorcerer who researched if the effects of the Evil Eyes could be undone, Simeon helped Corselia in her search for Kyril, but currently believes that he does not wish to be found.

Despite his looks, Simeon is an incredibly old sorcerer well versed in magic. In the 200's and early 300's Simeon lived in Haruna in what was then the Kooluk Empire. He made his living as a healer and soon his abilities attracted the attention of the Kooluk Army in 309 and a group of soldiers were sent to Haruna to bring the sorcerer to Graska. Refusing to go unless given a reason for his summons, the Kooluk soldiers attempted to take him by force but, fortunately, Kyril and his entourage, who had arrived in Haruna looking for Simeon, fought them off with Simeon's aid. After the battle, Kyril and Corselia told Simeon about the Evil Eye and their affects on people and asked whether the effects could be reversed. In order to study Corselia's question further, Simeon decided to join Kyril's party.
Simeon seemed to know Jeane from previous encounters; this is an intriguing connection given the similarities in their seemingly eternally youthful appearances. During his time with Kyril's group, Simeon often talked with Pablo, the only apprentice of Warlock, the inventor of Rune Cannons. Eventually, he had Kyril obtain two objects for his research: an Alger Doll and a Wizened Arm, for a final experiment which would answer his questions. Upon returning to the Middleport underground passage where Warlock conducted his initial experiments, Simeon opened a portal to another dimension and brought forth the creatures known as Fishmen. After Kyril and his group defeated the Fishmen, Simeon told Kyril than it was not possible to return Fishmen to their normal form, no more than he could turn an omelette back into an egg.
Although his investigation into Corselia's inquiry was over, Simeon continued to travel with Kyril and the others, his skilled water magic being of great aid to the group. After the collapse of the Kooluk Empire, Simeon journeyed with Corselia when they endeavoured to find the missing Kyril. They were seemingly unsuccessful as Simeon noted it was likely Kyril didn't want to be found, otherwise they would have done so.
