During the Island Liberation War, Oskar along with Deborah are sipping tea at the inn on Middleport. After Deborah met Lazlo a young boy and the leader of the Island Liberation Navy, she had gain interest on Lazlo's fortune and joined him right away. Oskar was left alone and decided to follow Deborah.
While he was on board on the Dauntless, he tried to sneak in to woman's bath, but ended up being beaten by Schtolteheim Reinbach III. After the war, he returned to Middleport and he is often seen sipping tea in the company of Deborah.
Speak to Deborah in Middleport Inn after your audience with Lord Reinbach II. Oskar will not join you in the Inn but after you get back on your ship you will find Oskar aboard. Note You must depart from Middleport aboard your ship not warp to a new location in order to recruit Oskar.
Oskar is a support character with the Found Treasure ability. The probability of obtaining items after battle is increased by 5%.
Keen: You have done well by coming here. In this room, you may confess what is in your heart and accept proper judgement.
Oskar: My, sounds rather difficult... I wonder if I'll be able to answer properly.
