Sierra is a character first featured in River City Super Sports Challenge. She is the personal assistant of Tobioka and is often seen with him.

Sierra debuts in River City Super Sports Challenge as Tobioka's assistant and is seen with him during cutscenes.
Sierra is first seen after the preliminaries watching the tournament on TV with Tobioka. When asked by Tobioka if she also thought the battle so far was interesting, she agrees. With Tobioka curious to see if Kunio will make it to the finals, Sierra tells him that they'll have to wait for the results. Before the semi-finals, Tobioka asks Sierra if she's received any updates on his own cyborg team, to which she states that she was recently notified by Sadamovitch that he has completed them. Later in the finals, Sierra witnesses the unveiling of Tobioka's team from Sadamovitch and is left impressed.
During the ending of the game, Sierra watches Tobioka as he scolds Sadamovitch for failing him and asks him what he wishes to do with Sadamovitch.
River City Soccer Hooligans
During the intro of the game, Sierra is seen watching over Tobioka as he works out. With the gym equipment breaking due to his frustration, Sierra interrupts and brings up that Kunio is attempting to participate in a soccer tournament next. With Tobioka already aware, he tells Sierra that he intends on watching every game and asks her to purchase him the tickets. She is then seen with Tobioka as he demands Sadamovitch to not fail him like he has before. Tobioka then whispers to Sierra instructions on what to do with Sadamovitch.
Throughout the tournament, Sierra will be seen watching Kunio's games with Tobioka and will fulfil any requests he makes. Upon completing the tournament, Tobioka will ask Sierra if his cyborg team is ready, to which she informs him that Sadamovitch has made his final adjustments. Upon beating Tobioka's team, Tobioka is seen getting angry with Sadamovitch for failing him once again. Sierra eventually asks Tobioka to calm down, to which he willingly accepts defeat but vows that he will be victorious another time.
