Mordov (もるどふ Morudofu) is the captain of Russia's dodgeball team first appearing in the Famicom version of Nekketsu High School Dodgeball Club. He is known to have one of the strongest throws in the world and is regarded as a one-man team. His team's members are humiliated by this and practice hard everyday in secret, though Mordov is well aware of this and watches from afar without saying a word.

Mordov appears alongside Heilman and Njomo as a part-time job where they're looking to challenge someone at a game of dodgeball. He is also playable in the Rumble and Dodgeball gamemode.
River City Super Sports Challenge ~All Stars Special~
Mordov appears as a character unlocked by winning a game in free battle with Heilman, Lao Chen, Njomo, and James in your team. Mordov is able to use the Compression Shot.
River City Melee Mach!!
Mordov appears as a Team Edit character that can be unlocked by completing a game in Single Play with the Nekketsu Dodgeball Club team and all international teams. Mordov is able to use the Compression Shot, Screw Shot, and the Spring Kick.
River City Saga: Three Kingdoms
Mordov plays the role of Cheng Lian, a general in Lu Bu (Misuzu)'s army.
Cheng Lian first appears during the third chapter in Xiaopei where he can be talked to and will tell Guan Yu (Kunio) that he's currently retracing Lu Bu's steps so he can find something that she lost as part of a sidequest. When asked what she dropped, Cheng Lian states that Lu Bu refused to hell him what it was. Guan Yu then asks when she last had it, to which Cheng Lian mentions that it was right around the time she first met Guan Yu. Deducting that her item is likely at the Hulao Pass, Guan Yu decides to help look for the item. When returning, Cheng Lian thanks Guan Yu for helping him and gets curious as to what's inside of the bag, though Lu Bu comes by to demand her bag be given back to her. Upset that the two peeked inside, she threatens to throw a halberd at their face, which leaves the two unsettled. When she leaves, Cheng Lian thanks Guan Yu again and is grateful that he won't have Lu Bu nagging at him anymore.
During the finale of the chapter, Cheng Lian will be seen as an enemy on the Xiapi Highroad.
Trivia
- Mordov was originally named "Abobo" during development of Nekketsu High School Dodgeball Club. Likewise, his head strongly resembles Abobo's 8-bit design.[1]
