Heilman (へいるまん Heiruman ) is the captain of Iceland's dodgeball team that was first featured in Nekketsu High School Dodgeball Club. He is described as being very bold and clear-cut. Heilman has a penchant for aggressive formations because of his Viking ancestry.
When travelling to Japan, he gets very homesick due to the heat and because the food doesn't suit his appetite. Heilman doesn't open up to others, including his own team because of this.

Heilman plays the role of Gongsun Zan, a general in the late Han dynasty.
In the story mode, Gongsun Zan is first mentioned by a villager in the beginning of the second chapter where they inform Guan Yu (Kunio) that he was sent to handle a rebellion in Yuyang. Worried about his safety, the villager suggests they go help Gongsun Zan if they're looking for work to do. Liu Bei (Gōda) overhears the conversation and mumbles to himself about where Gongsun Zan has ended up, though Guan Yu hears him and asks if he knows who he is. Liu Bei tells Guan Yu that Gongsun Zan studied with him under Lu Zhi (Madoka) and that he'd like to go help him out. Knowing that Liu Bei is familiar with Gongsun Zan, Zhang Fei (Godai) and Guan Yu agree to head to Yuyang. Upon clearing out the bandits in the area, Gongsun Zan comes to introduce himself with Liu Bei appearing glad that he was unharmed. Gongsun Zan then recognizes Liu Bei and upon seeing his brothers comes to the conclusion that they're the Brothers of the Peach Garden. Knowing that they were looking for employment, Gongsun Zan asks the brothers if they'd like to work under him. Liu Bei gladly accepts the offer with Gongsun Zan then appointing the brothers as deputy ordinance officers in Pingyuan.
Gongsun Zan is later seen waiting at the brother's home after their return from Linzi to inform them that a coalition has formed to put an end to Dong Zhuo (Sabu) and that he is planning on meeting with them. Recognizing the name, Liu Bei comments that he's heard rumors of him being in control of the Imperial Court, to which Gongsun Zan confirms that he has the Emperor under his thumb and is using the influence of the Han for his own gains. He explains that Cao Cao (Yamada) is forming alliances across the country in order to take down Dong Zhuo. Not knowing much about Cao Cao, he believes his efforts are better than nothing and ask the brothers what they think. With the brothers agreeing to go, the four leave to meet with the coalition at Chen Liu's castle. When Guan Yu later offers to take down Hua Xiong (Abobo), Yuan Shu (Yūji) attempts to change Cao Cao's mind on letting them go by voicing his disapproval of sending what he deems as "nobodies" to fight for the coalition. Yuan Shu asks who invited the brothers there in the first place, to which Gongsun Zan takes responsibility and attests to their skills by mentioning that they had a big part in dissolving the Yellow Turbans. When Guan Yu returns, Yuan Shu asks the brothers if they'll become the vanguard in place of Sun Jian (Maeda). Liu Bei agrees, and then Yuan Shu immediately sends them out to fight Lu Bu (Misuzu) to the dismay of Gongsun Zan. Liu Bei asks that he doesn't worry about them and eases Gongsun Zan, so he then tells them that Lu Bu is likely at the Hulao Pass.
In the third chapter, Gongsun Zan arrives to give the brothers some work and tells them that an underling of Kong Rong has came by looking for help as they're surrounded by Yellow Turban remnants. When the brothers agree to the job, he informs them that Kong Rong is in Huang. Gongsun Zan apologizes that he's unable to come due to there being a power vacuum with the Han now that Dong Zhuo is out of the picture. Upon returning to Pingyuan, Liu Bei requests if they can help out in Xuzhou after hearing from Kong Rong that Cao Cao is scheming to take over the area. Before they leave, Gongsun Zan sends his subordinate Zhao Yun (Sugata) to assist the brothers and tells them to visit the Xiapi Castle if they're looking for Tao Qian.
During the ending of the fourth chapter, Zhao Yun meets back with the brothers hoping to fight alongside them again with the permission of Gongsun Zan. Liu Bei comments that he's glad Gongsun Zan remained unharmed even after his loss to Yuan Shao (Tōdō).
