The Colony is a location in Breath of Fire III. It is located on the Lost Shore.
Story
The colony appears to be a temple of some kind fitted with extremely high-tech equipment. At first, the Portal Drive is not operational, but after finding the key and powering up the device, the party is able to use it. They unknowingly teleport back across the sea into the wrecked Container Ship on Steel Beach. Once the Portal Drive at Steel Beach (now known as Relay Point A) is aligned properly, this area becomes accessible again via Relay Point A.
Game Data
The Failure Gene can be found in the most northwestern corner of the area.
