Barry was a fruit and candy vendor in Wartwood Swamp who also practices magic. He often recklessly uses witchcraft for petty revenge, and is an enemy of Maddie Flour as of the episode "Cursed!".
As of "Sasha's Angels", he is the leader of the Marauders.
Appearance
Barry is a tall plump blue frog with round eyes, two large teeth, pink cheeks and a light blue underbelly. He has bright red bushy hair that is mostly covered up by a dark brown top-hat that has a maroon band around it, along with a patch. For clothes, He wears a plum purple dress-coat with a yellow bow-tie, bright pink pants with bold magenta stripes, and black dress-shoes. He is often seen with his brown stripped cane.
Personality
On the surface, Barry is simply a typical nice guy you would stumble upon. But on the inside, he hides his true vengeful, petty, and unforgiving nature with his façade of niceness, which he blatantly admits. He also shows no remorse when he curses his victims or abuses his curse powers.
After Andrias reveals his true colors, Barry no longer cared about hiding his own true personality to anyone, seeing law and order are no more and he can do whatever he wants now. He is also shown to be incredibly selfish and doesn't even care about Amphibia or even his fellow Frogs, being willing to give any captured rebels over to Andrias if it means he can get a reward.

Voice
Barry is voiced by Keith Silverstein, the English voice of Gabriel Agreste/Hawk Moth from Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir. His voice is patterned after comedian Ed Wynn, best known to the modern generation as the voice of the Mad Hatter in Disney's Alice in Wonderland. His chicken scream in "Sasha's Angels" is a stock recording of Mel Blanc originally created for the 1949 Merrie Melodies short "Each Dawn I Crow".
