| Introduction |
Lore ｢ロレ Rore?｣ is a human nun and a Shadow Warrior. She is assigned to the mission to assassinate the Great Mage Serie. She works at a church in the Imperial Capital.
Personality
Not much is known about Lore. She is often silent, only speaking once during the Shadow Warriors's final gathering to clarify Gazelle’s comment about the absence of the blacksmith Kreis, who has the cover to be Schritt's brother. She is also altruistic, as she is shown to be handing out soup to the needy.
Appearance
Lore wears a traditional nun habit, consisting of a black head covering, a long, black robe that covers her from head to toe, and a white bonnet. She always keeps her eyes closed.
Synopsis
Foundation Festival Arc
Shortly after Löwe orders Schritt to share the new mission to assassinate the Great Mage Serie with the other Shadow Warriors, the details are passed through a series of informants. The message eventually reaches priest Clematis, who shares it with Lore. Lore then informs vagabond Wehrlos while serving him hot soup.
The next day, Lore attends the Shadow Warrior's final meeting to review the mission details. She points out to Schritt that her brother is missing from the meeting.
Sometime later, Lore helps Wehrlos dry off after he arrives at the church to report his findings to Clematis. When Clematis asks her to prepare some tea, she retorts that he can do it himself and heads out to buy wine for the ceremony. Lore then goes to Wolf's bar, where she has a brief interaction with Schritt before buying wine from Wolf.
When Wolf tells Gazelle that he cannot accept his lifesavings if the only reason he paid off his debt is that he believes he is going to die, Lore senses mana in the coins Gazelle gave Wolf and realizes it is a tracking spell. She instructs both of them to take battle positions. Using Goddess's Magic, Lore traces Frieren's location and guides Wolf in his attacks on Frieren's Party.

Abilities
Not much is known about Lore's abilities. As a Shadow Warrior, she likely excels in the areas of strength, speed, mana suppression, and anti-mage combat.
- Mana detection: Lore possesses exceptional mana detection abilities, being able to sense the mana from Frieren's tracking spell embedded in silver coins, despite the silver acting as a catalyst that conceals the mana.[1]
Spells
- Goddess's Magic: As a priest, Lore is capable of utilizing Goddess's magic from the scriptures.
- Unnamed tracking spell: Lore can accurately trace the mana she senses back to its source, even if the source is on the move.[2]
- Seizure of Holy Punishment: Lore can seal the mana use of an opponent. Any spells that the opponent is using mana to maintain are also disabled.
