Warriors 「
Overview
Warriors are a class of individuals that utilize different types of melee weapons, and they excel in close-range combat and defense. In an adventuring party, they fulfill the role of both a damage dealer and tank, which often makes them front-liners. Additionally, they can provide defense against flank attacks and ambushes.[1] Characters of this class have powerful physical capabilities and are extremely strong, swift, and resilient against different types of damage sources. Members of the class train techniques for the weapons they wield, including special techniques, and these skills are passed down from old to new generations.
Warrior may form communities among themselves and as such, they can occupy villages with their families.[2][3]
Abilities
Characters who become warriors often start at an early age with their training in combat techniques and gradually improve their bodies' capabilities through rigorous exercise. This increases their overall strength, swiftness, and perseverance. Young and developing warriors can study under more experienced warriors to learn techniques and improve their strength.
Dwarves

As dwarves have an average lifespan of around 300 years,[4] they are able to gather vast experiences as warriors. They are naturally endowed with exceptional physical strength and durability, surpassing that of humans. This makes them highly adept at physically demanding professions such as mining and blacksmithing,[5] as well as combat. Individuals of this race also seem to have high pain tolerance,[6][7] and they can build up resistance against lethal poisons.[8]
Humans
While Human warriors do not appear to be as exceptional in strength and durability as other species,[5][9] some individuals can surpass expectations.[10] Many start building up their bodies early by improving their physical strength and undergoing stamina training. Depending on the environment they grow up in, they may learn specific techniques for the weapons they wield from older generations within their communities.[11]
Demons
Demon generals are frequently warriors. They fight using martial arts, and they can strengthen their physical capabilities with their powerful mana. Some of them may spend several centuries mastering their arts. Certain demon warriors that served in the Demon King's army were stronger then dwarves.[12] The speed, stamina,[13] and robustness of some are incomparable to humans,[9] and they can only be matched by exceptional individuals.[14] Demon mages devote themselves to researching one specific type of magic over the course of their long lives,[15] and as a result, demon warriors may utilize special techniques that stem from this magic. Other demons, such as Linie, imitate techniques they have witnessed from warriors they encountered by reading their mana flow and body movements.[16]

Not all demons have humanoid bodies, and some can have inhuman appearances.[17] These demons may have features like additional limbs, which can further enhance their combat prowess. Additionally, demon warriors forge their weapons with magic and can alter the properties by will. These weapons are full of murderous intent, and the wielder may kill targets just to test them.[18] If a demon warrior loses concentration, their magical weapons can lose power and become destructible.[19] Some demons use weapons crafted by mankind by taking or stealing them.[20]
Demon warriors are cunning individuals that deceive their enemies[21] and employ tactics, such as making enemies split up[22] and then concealing themselves to ambush unaware enemies.[23]
Monsters
Monsters with anthropomorphic features and a form of community appear to be capable of taking up certain roles when attacking in larger numbers. One such species in the Northern Lands is encountered by the Hero Party, and these monsters take the form of warriors equipped with swords and shields or spears and attack in formation as a unit.[24] There are also solitary monsters that use weaponry and skills comparable to human warriors.[25]

Some warriors utilize special techniques. In master-student relationships, such techniques are passed down to the next generation, as seen with Stark, who has mastered his teacher's signature move.[29]
- Lightning Strike[note 1] 「
閃 天 撃 Sentengeki?」: This technique slices through a target in the blink of an eye,[30] vaporizing the air around the cut and igniting it into a flash of light that is followed by a thunderous roar.[31] Both Stark and Eisen are seen wielding this powerful technique in combat, the latter using his double-bit axe.[32] - Lightning Strike[note 1] 「
光 天 斬 Kōtenzan?」: This technique is depicted as an upward strike. After swiftly severing Revolte's arm, Stark follows up with a devastating Lightning Strike, delivering an upward swing of his axe that strikes Revolte's body with great force.[33]
