Eiseberg ｢アイスベルク Aisuberuku?｣, the Imperial Capital ｢帝 (てい) 都 (と) Teito?｣, is a city located in Imperial Territory. It is the seat of governance and administrative center of the Empire. Many nobles and prestigious families of the Empire live in the Imperial Capital. The National Foundation Festival is held in Eiseberg, and was originally meant to be a social season for aristocracy.[1] Eiseberg is the base of operations of the Magic Special Forces, the Shadow Warriors, and the Court of the Sacred Staff.

However, in the original Japanese text, Lawine's brothers return from the Imperial Capital, which uses the kanji "帝 (てい) 都 (と) ," and not the Royal Capital, which uses the kanji "王 (おう) 都 (と) ."
