Mud Bricks

Mud bricks are a block obtained by crafting 4 packed mud.

Obtaining

Mud Bricks can be obtained by mining it with any pickaxe. When mined using any other tool, it drops nothing.

In real life, mud bricks are made with mud mixed together with straw, similar to packed mud in Minecraft, and then heated to increase their toughness. They have a long history of being used as building materials, dating back at least 5,000 years.
