Chapter 485

The Niimi Family is the four hundred eighty-fifth chapter of Tomohito Oda's Komi Can't Communicate.

Summary

At her 17s, Nimi Shuuko was thanking everyone who attended at the funeral of her grandmother, her last family member that she had alive.

While everyone were complimenting her mature behavior as she's officially all alone, yet she could held this event with a smile, her friends were concerned about her wellness, but Shuuko replied that she's fine so they don't have to worry about her.

After her friends and the rest of the attendees left the funeral, Shuuko sighed in relief as it's over and after trying to convince herself that she's fine, she broke in tears after aknowledging that she's all alone...

However, Masayoshi made a dramatic entrance by crashing his motorbike, and while injured, he kneeled after her to propose her marriage so she won't be all alone. All what Shuuko could do was complaining with a smile on her face about what's with him.

Back in her present, Shuuko questioned what do Tadano, Masayoshi and Shouko do by praying at an ordinary rock, much for their disbelief as they believed that the rock was a grave. Shuuko then replied that the Nimi Family scatters its ashes over the ocean, so she uses the rock as a reminder of their memories.

Feeling in mood, Shuuko kisses everyone in the cheek.
