Released on the 22nd September 1999 at the price of £1.30, the issue contains one ongoing, original story and three reprints and several features, as well as a Captain Plunder pin-up by Nigel Kitching and a free gift of a "whoopee rumbler".

Sonic the Hedgehog
Worlds Collide is a 2-part story by Lew Stringer, Richard Elson and Ellie de Ville. Doctor Robotnik is about to use the Dimension Blender to merge Mobius with Shanazar. As he does so, Princess Kupacious uses her new frog tongue to steal his magic gem, putting him in peril. The two planets merge with no signs of destruction, leaving Robotnik with another foiled plan.
